About the event
This family friendly party will celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King with a fun and interactive civil rights themed storytelling, music, movement and hands-on crafts lead by Education Fellow-In-Residence Culture Queen! Your royal children will also celebrate the legacies of other African American Kings and Queens of Social Justice of Prince George’s County and beyond! We’ll close the celebration with “I Have A Dream” goal setting for the New Year as well as a cupcake toast to celebrate Dr. King’s 90th birthday!
